ORIGIN: Russian Federation
QUANTITY 5.530.000 (Five million and five hundred and thirty thousand) MT per for a period of 12 months
started from December, 2021.
PRICE: The price shall be determined by the average of the three days, one day before arrival, the day of
arrival and the day of loading in to the vessels tanks when completed and sealed by Intertek or
equivalent. The pricing formula shall be as reported by “PLATTS EUROPE MARKETSCAN” wire under
the heading Product Price Assessments FOB Med (Italy), line 10ppmULSD, code AAWYY00 minus
discount $6(six dollars) US per 1(one Metric Ton) for the first 30,000MT delivery and $8(eight
dollars) US per 1(one Metric Ton) for the balance 500,000 MT deliveries per month in accordance
with the contract.
INSPECTION: SGS OR SIMILAR ACCREDITED AGENCY ON LOADING AT SELLERS’S EXPENSE.
